SHIPPING POLICY

Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 12pm - 8pm; and Sunday 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
When you arrive at the store, please let a clerk know that you are there for in-store pick up.

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Ontario & Quebec, $19 to other parts of Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Free shipping on orders over $200 in Ontario & Quebec, and on orders over $250 for the rest of Canada (exclusive of taxes and discount).

Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. At the checkout, enter your address and choose the SHIP option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button. Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Monday - Saturday, 10:30 am to 8 pm; 10:30 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or a text message with the status of your delivery.
In the rare case that order deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather and traffic, we will notify you of the delays via text message or phone call.
